Reservation
When you make a reservation, you and those on whose behalf you are
booking enter into an agreement between Group Sales International
and others who will provide services for your reservation. All reservations
are subject to the Terms and Conditions outlined below.
Payment
Reservations require full payment a minimum of 4 weeks prior to
the event date. Certain events require a deposit or full payment
more than 4 weeks prior to the event date. Group Sales International
reserves the right to cancel any reservation if payment(s) are not
made by the due date(s).
Cancellation Fees
All payments are 100% non-refundable. No exchanges are allowed.
Credit Cards
Your authorization to use your credit card number for payment indicates
your agreement with our Terms and Conditions, whether or not you
have signed the appropriate draft.
Prices
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Unused Services
Unused services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Modifications to Reservation
Group Sales International reserves the right to make any changes
to the reservation, including changes to dates, prices, seat assignments
and performers with or without notice. No compensation will be provided
for modifications to the reservation.
Cancellation by Group Sales International
Group Sales International reserves the right to cancel any reservation
with or without notice. In the event of cancellation, our liability
will be limited to a full refund of all payments made to Group Sales
International.
Act of God/Force Majeure
Group Sales International and/or its suppliers cannot assume liability
for any loss, damage or injury resulting from an Act of God or any
other force majeure.
Group Sales International’s Responsibility
Group Sales International makes arrangements with independent parties
to provide services. Although we take care in selecting these suppliers,
we have no control over them, and, therefore, cannot be held responsible
for their acts or omissions. The liability of Group Sales International
and its parent company for any loss, damage, or injury of any nature
or kind whatsoever, arising out of its own acts, omissions or negligence,
is limited to the amount paid for the reservation. Except as set
out above Group Sales International will not be liable for any loss,
damage or injury of any kind whatsoever to person or property.
Claims
You agree that any claims against Group Sales International shall
be made in writing and received by Group Sales International no
later than 30 days after the event causing the claim. Claims made
after 30 days will not be responded to.
Dispute Resolution
The exclusive venue for all claims, actions or proceedings against
Group Sales International and its parent company arising out of
this contract shall be the Province of Ontario and such claims,
actions or proceedings shall be determined according to the laws
of the Province of Ontario and Canada.
Severability
The invalidity of any provision contained herein shall not affect
the validity of any other provision.
Your reservation indicates acceptance of the above
Terms and Conditions and limits on responsibility.
