The National Ballet of Canada 2007 / 2008 Cinderella Canadian choreographer James Kudelka has a highly-deserved reputation for creating some of the most imaginative, striking and emotionally compelling versions of the classic ballet repertoire to be seen anywhere today. His ability to give a fresh, contemporary resonance to long established works through locating in them new sources of dramatic import, humour and thematic interest is second to none. |
